Sunrise, beginning of a journey…

This photo was the beginning of a wonderful journey I went on, a few years back.  It was to celebrate my 40th wedding anniversary.  Setting out for Tory, Utah, one of my most favorite places in Utah.

I am posting it today to symbolize another journey I am continuing but also redefining.  We all tend to get caught up in should be’s, could be’s etc.  This practice has found for me a way I have betrayed myself, by not being truly honest about what I am passionate about.  I am finding I need to embark on a new journey in the way of finding those things that really light me up.  Through defining more what they are, I know I will find a better foundation for me to be on.

The doors have been blown wide open for all of us to make the choices of what we are passionate about, what nurtures us.  If we aren’t being fed by the wellspring of our beingness, then we need to reconsider our choices in life.

I love the opportunity of this medium to voice what I am experiencing, hoping to share maybe some common ground that we can connect.  We have a whole smorgasbord of ways to get this done.  I hope to explore some of those and post them on this blog.  At the same time suggest some Essential Oils that may help one going through the many changes we may be experiencing.
