Healing Emotion with Essential Oils

On Saturday I attended a class that Marty Harger was having at her beautiful space Balance-Therapuetic Massage and Wellness Center.  It was so worth the drive to Heber City, Utah.

To just give a little background I have been like a hermit that has been in a cave, so this was a perfect journey to embark on.

I love essential oils and use the oils daily as well as being a consultant.  I found the information that was given was perfect for what I had been experiencing lately.  The information came from a wonderful book Emotions and Essential Oils written by Daniel MacDonald of Enlighten.

Our emotions when imbalanced in my opinion are the creators of dis-ease, our basis for not moving forward in life.  We now see many books written about the connection of emotions and dis-ease.  I think we create our beliefs come from these emotional blocks.  What the essential oils do is support our system while we release these emotions that no longer serve us.

One thing I know for absolute certain that is if we really listen to our bodies it will guide us to our own wellness.  Case in point, after our wonderful class Marty offered to do her Zyto machine.  Its a computer program that has a pad that reads the GSR, of your hand.  This program tells you what oils you are in need of.  It was so interesting what happened with the reading.  I must say first that with my doTerra oils order this month I had ordered the A2Z chewable supplement because I have problems swallowing large pills.  My body has been feeling depleted so I thought supplement it is.  What the Zyto did was verify what my body was telling me, at the top of the list was A2Z chewables.  So for me two things happened, verification and the read outs you get from the Zyto are accurate.  The next thing that my read out showed was the oil Marjoram.  When I read in the book what Emotion is connected to Marjoram, I was stunned.  Marjoram is called the Oil of Connection.  The emotion is trust….of which I had recently had a major experience that had blown my trust in others, in myself, in not wanting to get involved in new relationships, avoiding of any social interaction.  The list goes on.  Needless to say it fit me to a tee.  Marjoram helps restore trust and openness so true bonds of love can be formed.  Again I am just stunned at how accurate the reading is.  The next oil that showed was In-Tune which is a blend of oils that help with focus.  Oh yes, I have been scattered as the leaves that fall from the trees in the autumn.  So how perfect that this came up.  Ylang, Ylang was the next oil that was on the list, it the Oil of The Inner Child.  Ylang, Ylang is a powerful oil for the heart.  Its great for releasing the past, as well as anger, sadness and feelings that are buried inside.  Again this really reflects the areas of my life that I have focused on.  There were more oils but my intention is not to write a novel at this point but to write something that is hopefully informative.  I must say since Saturday I have been using the oils even more and I can already fell a shift taking place.  I am constantly having it confirmed to me how amazing these oils are and how they support us Mentally, Physically and Emotionally and yes even Spiritually.
