I was reminded the other day as we begin the new year to also begin it with a change of rhythm. Each day we do have a new start if we choose. If we continue to hang on to old hurts to long standing issues it becomes a little more difficult to make the rhythm change.
I found I immediately reached for my drum to shift the particles of stagnation hanging around me to make this rhythm change.

The tide of the ocean has a rhythm..
There is Thunder which changes the electrical charge of Mother Earth…
There are tuning forks and chimes that can make a change in our rhythm…
