We are at a very interesting time here on Earth. Changes happening some subtle some not. The Eclipse that happened yesterday brought with it some strong energy for change.
Frequently I am given a message from Spirit that needs to be expressed/shared to those who may need the information. It could be something that you have already heard from others. Spirit doesn’t just send to one person. The message is that we are the conduit between Heaven and Earth, each one of us, No Exceptions. We carry the DNA from both the stars and the Earth. We are affected by what is happening in the Cosmos as well as what is being generated here on Earth. WE ARE THE BALANCE BETWEEN THE TWO WORLDS! Sometimes we have awareness that we are experiencing some energy changes. It may show up as physical symptoms, like headaches, upset stomach, more aches and pains than normal. They are doing some research on Solar Flare energy that is hitting our atmosphere and what it does too us physically, emotionally. Nancy Rebecca describes the energy of waves coming in and around us. Some people say they anger more easily.

One of the things that can help us all, is getting grounded, and not I don’t mean the kind that you can’t go out a play. LOL. Grounding can happen just by going outside and standing bare foot on Mother Earth. Some essential oils can help ground you. Like a root oils like Vetiver. You can ground by visualizing roots shooting out your feet down to the center of the Earth and anchor yourself there. This can help if you are feeling overwhelmed, or if you find you are stubbing your toe or running into walls, being over forgetful. Grounding can be a daily practice for you!
We anchor Heaven and Earth through our Heart Center. Draw in the blessings from Sky and the Earth. I see it as the figure 8, or infinity sign with the crossover at the Heart. See the Blue, Silver, Diamond Energy weaving this connection between Sky & Earth. Blessings to All.
