I was told to share a visual with everyone. We are to like our energy field to being like a Gyroscope, (Merkaba) in the center of the gyroscope is like a cross that is connected to the circle. The cross is what our connection to Heaven & Earth, the circle is the Medicine Wheel (directions, East, South etc.). We pull into ourselves the energy of each direction. Sometimes we may begin our day looking to the energy of the North, but by noon we may be working with the West. It is about feeling the Sacredness of each direction and what role it plays in our lives.
I was told that to begin our day, we anchor our Heaven and Earth to our Heart center. This gives us the stability that will help us through out the day. As I said yesterday, we are being hit with energy waves. Some moments are stronger than others. We must keep as much balance in our lives a possible.

OMG that is what I have been doing for awhile now. With both of my hands pulling energy from above and below in one fluid motion and stop at my heart and then send it out to the world. Powerful!

I wanted to say, and I think I told Kathy about this, so much that I did not understand but knew it was from Spirit, is coming to the fore again right now. It’s uncanny and I still don’t know exactly what it all means but I guess I don’t have to fully understand. Just trust.
One vision was from 1984, the water coming out of the side of the cliff. Like someone had a firehose on the other side. I saw is when I was at home, just like I was looking at the cliff. Then as I was driving home from the Mother House (Big Convent) with Sr Peggy after Holy Week , I saw it in reality. I had no idea what it was about. I saw it in a vision, Peg told me I would see it in real life and sure enough. I knew it was holy and a message, it just seemed very big to me.
Then when painting these 4 panels honoring the directions project, I look and I have painted exactly what I saw and didn’t even know I painted it. It was just a stroke of the brush and was unintentional. It took me right back to that day that I knelt below the cliff and took the water falling to bless myself. It’s uncanny how it showed up in the painting.
Then I’m listening to Pam Gregory and she is talking with her guest about water and God Consciousness in the water. Speaking of the cosmos and the stars. A song I wrote when I lived in SLC was Called Hear the Angels Whisper. One of the lines said ”….. the Light Behind the Stars” and I didn’t understand the line. I wrote it, sang it and had no idea what it really meant until now. The whole song makes more sense now.
These are a couple of examples of things I just noticed, honored and let go. So amazing this journey.
Again I am so happy I have you all as my tribe because no one else would get it.
I got major chills reading your response. Honey you have had your third eye open for a long time. We are to hold the water Sacred. It is the blood of this Earth.
